The sauna hours are frustratingly limited!!! The standard rooms felt quite cramped for the price paid, impacting overall comfort. Consider enhancing the towel supply in the sauna area to improve guest convenience!!!

After a wonderful day of hiking, returning to a swim in the hotel pool with a breathtaking view was just the treat I needed. The little touches, like tea and water available by the spa, and the evening drinks brought poolside by the staff, made my experience much more enjoyable. The breakfast spread offered great options, although I noticed the first morning was the only time we got personalized breakfast choices. Overall, the food served during dinner was exceptional, showcasing local cuisine and flavors.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the stunning Alpe di Siusi and enjoyed relaxing days at the hotel. The guided hikes with Georg were top-notch. The complimentary Val Gardena transit pass made getting around super easy! The staff really went out of their way to make our stay special.

The only downside was the limited variety in the breakfast spread on the final morning. Would've liked more options!
